Today we are sharing Andrea & Anna Cofano’s first experience with KYMA as photographers in Rome, Italy.
We asked Andrea to talk about his first experience with KYMA and share a few photographs from his photo shoot in Rome with Kate & Steven. Enjoy!
Andrea, what do you love the most about being a photographer?
– I love telling the story of people and capture their emotions. I feel that I’m expressing myself while telling my client’s stories. Mostly I love the freedom that being a photographer gives me and that feeling of free expression of my creativity and sensitivity.
What advice would you give to people getting married or looking for a photoshoot in Rome?
– I would suggest to people getting married or travelling to Rome (or to other locations in Italy) to ask their local professional photographer for recommendations. Avoid only spending time in the very touristic / most famous areas; take a stroll around, go further and discover off-the-beaten-path areas, very local, full of charm and far from the crowd.
Where did you shoot with your first client from KYMA & why?
– My first clients were a couple from Hong Kong, Kate and Steven. Me and Anna chose two locations in Rome for the photo shoot, Trastevere and Testaccio. Kate told us that they wanted to avoid tourist places and were more interested in seeing the local hangouts. Anna suggested those two popular quarters, which are very charismatic and unusual for photo shoots.
What did you think of your first experience with KYMA?
– Our first experience with KYMA was very good! We started with KYMA two months ago and we had a lot of doubts. We asked a lot of questions and every time the KYMA team answered quickly to our mails. For our first booking the KYMA team helped us get set up and the payment was quick and on time afterwards. All the people I talked to were very kind.
Thank you Andrea & Anna!
